Intro to Hand Forging: Tri-Bangle

July 12–13, 2025

Learn the fundamentals of hand forging through the creation of a tri-bangle set. Day 1 focuses on copper, while Day 2 introduces sterling silver forging techniques. Great for beginners or anyone looking to build hammering and shaping confidence.

Metal Raising 1: Copper Bowls

July 19–20, 2025

This class introduces the foundational techniques of raising, using hammers and stakes to transform a flat 6"–7" copper circle into a functional or sculptural bowl. Students will gain hands-on experience in shaping volume through controlled hammering techniques.

Intro to Anticlastic Forming: Bangle & Napkin Ring

July 26–27, 2025

Learn the basics of anticlastic forming — a technique that creates elegant, fluid curves by moving metal in two opposing directions. Students will complete a sculptural bangle and a napkin ring, gaining foundational skills in controlled forming.
